Serpentine Pavilion 2024: Archipelagic Void

Sale price£25.00

Designed by Minsuk Cho and his practice Mass Studies, Serpentine Pavilion 2024 Archipelagic Void is composed of five 'islands' positioned around a central circular void. Each 'island' is unique in size, height and form, serving a different purpose and individually named. This publication, conceived in close collaboration with Cho, brings together voices from across the worlds of architecture, art and poetry including Eun-Me Ahn, Iwan Baan, Stefano Boeri, Heman Chong and Renée Staal, Kenneth Frampton, Beatrice Galilee, Renée Green, Kim Hyesoon, Jang Young Gyu and Alex Taek-Gwang Lee. An extensive interview between the architect and Hans Ulrich Obrist is included in the catalogue, introducing Cho’s practice and traces the research, development, and ideas behind this year’s Pavilion.
