Released with the celebrated New York chocolatier to commemorate LANZA atelier's 2026 Pavilion it is perfect for gifting. It is inspired by the bricks used in the construction of the pavilion and uses a Mexican bean with a naturally orange colouring that is similar to the bricks.

Made with Acriollado cacao from Chiapas, Mexico's southernmost state. A bean that reverted, without intervention, toward its original Criollo lineage. Found in the wild. Unmixed by nature.

Adobe is among the oldest building materials in the world — local, elemental, made from what the ground already offers. This bar takes its form. Same principle: one material, one origin, one intention.

Lactic, fruited, deeply orange. Nothing added to what it already is.

Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic cane sugar.
