What are your Christmas delivery deadlines?
Last order date for Christmas fulfilment is 12th December. Orders placed between 13th December and 5th January will be fulfilled and delivered by 24th January.

Can I still purchase limited editions, publications and exhibition products online?
Yes, our work continues and our online store is open. Each purchase directly supports the Serpentine Galleries’ Exhibition, Architecture, Design, Education and Public Programmes.
I've ordered online; what are the delivery timelines?
We aim to deliver our Limited Editions within 14 days. For USA, Canada, Far East, Australasia and the rest of the world this may be up to 20 days. Orders will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, separately from any other item you might order from the Serpentine Galleries Online Shop.
Do you offer framing for limited editions?
Yes, we frame all our limited editions with 
Pendragon make custom frames, perspex boxes and display solutions and every item is handcrafted in their London workshop.
Measures, cuts, specifications and finishes are all recorded in their archives, dating since 1995, so they can reproduce previous requests at any time.
Please note: If you order a framed Edition, please allow a 3-5 week turnaround for the bespoke frame to be made until your order is ready.
